Four car parks available right in front of the unit + space in front of the warehouse door for bigger vehicles.

Everything in the studio can be used for both half-day and full-day hires except for the GODOX lights. This can be added onto your booking for an extra $150.

We have a toilet and shower as well as a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave on site.

Most certainly! You may hire one of us to help you out on your shoot at $75/hour.

The cost to replace any broken props/furniture/equipment will be added to your total charge. The cost for any permanent damage on the Cyclorama is dependent on the extent of the damage and will be charged to your account.

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to come in 20 minutes before your booked time to set up. You can also drop off equipment/props/furniture outside of your hire hours as long as there is available space in the studio.

While it’s not 100% blacked out, we have put in extra measures to ensure that you can control your light as much as you can even during the day.

Yes! Studio Ten12 is a creative playground - we encourage you to bring in whatever props you need to create your magic. We have a large garage door for easy drop-off.

The only natural light available in the studio is through the big warehouse rolling door.

We’d recommend a max of 20 people to keep it safe and not too crowded.

Yes! However, you are responsible for all the clean-up caused by your furry friends in the studio.

We ask that you leave the space how you find it and all the equipment/props used all in one spot. A clean up fee only gets added on your account if there’s an excessive amount of rubbish/mess left behind.

Requesting for the Cyclorama to be freshly painted is free of charge. However, leaving the Cyclorama with marks and dirt that can’t be taken care of with a mop and a broom will incur a repaint fee of $150.
